This is my 1983 DeLorean, painted white by the previous owner. My long term plans are to get it repainted the same color, some time down the road and possibly change the interior color with some time and money. I've already done rust-proofed and detailed the frame, next on the list are new radius arm bolts, boots for the axles and various suspension pieces and new fuse box. Updates will probably take a while but I'll keep it up to date as I do new things with the car.

Hey, great looking D. I really like the white! After your planned repainting I think adding the black rub strips/trim back to body would really add a lot to setting off the color and finished look. I'm actually in the middle of facia restoration myself. While you have yours off I'd definitely install some 'eyebrow bars' to counter the warping effect above the headlights. I used some 1/8" aluminum bar 3/4" wide by 18" long. I'll have some detailed pics of this process on my page soon if you're interested. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3341459 -Mark

Very nice! My wife has always wanted me to buy her a Delorean DMC-12, maybe someday. Yours is a beautiful example! Neat to see one that has been painted.
