This is my 1985 Chevy One Ton Dually. No there will not be any lowering. This is a great truck just the way it is. 454, 400 Turbo, Posi rear end.
When I got the truck it had no front bumper and both doors had rust. I bought two no doors for it and got lucky and got one door red. The tailgate was blue and dented up bad. The guy gave me a black tailgate that was better. So its on for now. I took the after market AM/FM radio that didnt work...so I put in a Pioneer CD Player. I am going to get a newer seat. I need to replace the rocker panels. I am thinking black for this truck. I am going to find a better tailgate. I am also thinking a front bumper from a wrecker. Make it easier to push vehicles. Maybe later on getting one of those wheel lifts that hides under the truck. Since I do alot of towing cars and trucks around that will be perfect. the plans for the 454 is a bigger cam, new Edelbrock intake and a Edelbrock 850 carb. I am also thinking headers. It already has duals on it.
