The car.
Allow me to introduce my 1980 Porsche 924 Turbo affectionately nicknamed "Melanie". My father and I came into possession Melanie in the spring of 2008, she wasn't running at the time and I knew that it was my job to breath life into her once again. We did the basic tests checking spark, fuel and after those test and not getting her running I knew that I had to do alot of reading.
Now about a year later with all my new knowledge I finally got her running. She purr's for me now and she's going to get a bunch of TLC. I decided that stripping the interior completely out is out of the question for right now as I have just learned that Porsche glued in alot of the pieces. I plan on going autocrossing this year with her so she'll have to be in top shape.

I took these pictures just before i removed the front seats. Those Germans have great taste, leather and tartan interior you won't find that in a Civic. lol

I've decided that I want to retain the stock look inside and out just due to the fact that it's in such good shape. I might give it a minor tweek here and there just to clean up the appearance and lines but nothing major.
