These are 2005 pictures:
I spent a lot of time working on her from the moment I was done school in April, and finally had enough money to get her on the road for awhile. I worked out the kinks and had it running great. That was until I got a new insurance company (TD Insurance, don't associate yourself with them if you have a custom car, cause they'll fuck you) they charged me lower rates, which was awsome! But the catch was, I had to take my car into an inspection center. I took it one day, and the girl there took pictures of it, and stuff. She came back in and told me that I have a 'race car' outside. And that it's dangerous for a 21 yearold to have a car like that. I mean, given, ya it WAS a race car, but I dumbed it down to make it street legal, and there's nothing there that makes it unsafe. She proceed to go on about how there's so many proformance mods done to it, such as 'racing strips' (the factory pin stripes) 'racing spoiler' (factory spoiler) 'racing seats' and 'an air intake' (A factory 6 pack hoodscoop) ...Funny?! I didnt know that any of these made the car go faster! You fucking bitch. When I was asked about my car when I was insuring it, they asked: "Is there any PROFORMACE mods done to the car?" I told them about the exhaust and the rear wheels. I didnt mention the engine, but I knew they wouldnt pop the hood! :P ... But anyways, I got a letter in the mail saying that they were cancelling the insurance on my car because it was modified. This is a load of shit, so the moral of this story is... dont go wtih TD Canada Trust Insurance. Because of this, I had to cut my time with my car short this year, what really got me was how I had the money, but they wouldnt insure me.
