Her name is Ayano. It is a Japanese female name meaning "my design".

The outside of my baby as she sits, completely stock exterior. I bought this 1993 Eagle Talon DL from the original owner in Farmington, MO. The car had 232k miles on her, replacement engine installed professionally at 212k. What you see here is the all original paint and body work. Not bad for 240k miles and 15 years on the road.

I have a lot of plans for this car including suspension and brake work, but most importantly, engine work. Boost within the next year, maybe two. My goal for the first setup without forged pistons is 200whp, which shouldn't be too difficult. While progress may look slow, keep in mind I am 20 years old working with a 4g37 powered car on a fast food budget, with my own apartment to pay for.

Build sheet can be found here: http://4g37tuners.com/brendan-s-93-talon-4g37-build-t90.html

Audio is provided by Infinity Kappa Perfect series 6.5" speakers. Components in front, coax in back. Powered by a Blaupunkt PCA465 4 channel, and an old ass Blaupunkt San Jose MP41 deck. I will be replacing that soon.

Update 4/7/09 I replaced the valve cover gasket today, and will be doing the oil pan gasket very soon. Also I finally payed for the sheet metal intake manifold I have been telling him I would pay for a month now. I bought it from the founder of 4g37tuners.com, Jon Bonazza http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3184186. Also priced new ball joints as the front ones are REALLY bad, so I will be taking care of that soon, too.

Update 4/22/09 I got the intake manifold. Awesome piece of work. The stock IM is very restrictive, I think Ralph said flow measured like 100. This one flows 224 with much less turbulence. Only problem? Gotta relocate the battery to fit the damn thing. Still trying to work that one out.

Update 7/31/09 Sorry I have not updated this in so long. Been busy with moving, moving friends, working on everyone's cars but my own, etc. Within just the last couple weeks I finally installed the MSD SCI, and the SMIM. See engine page about that. Will be doing the outer tie rod ends on Sunday.

Update 8/24/09 I have recently replaced the outer tie rod ends, ordered new struts (KYB GR2), and found out that she probably has a blown head gasket. Suck.

Update 9/8/09 I misdianosed. The head is not blown, thank god. I got the new struts, and am just waiting to get a spring compressor to put them in. The lowering springs will have to wait. Also getting a new intake setup that will allow me to reinstall the MAF, and includes a ported throttle body.

Update 10/09- So it has been a while since I have been on due to no internet at home right now. I have since done a rebuild of the front suspension, installed the KYB GR2 struts all around, and installed a "new" air intake with a MAF and MAF adapter.

Page 1- overview/aesthetics/audio (I combine this all into 1 because I will be spending much more $$ on performance)
