The metallic teal paint appears to slightly change colors in different types of light.

The rear of the car is raised to distribute more weight to the front tires (it's FWD).

The 4.0L DOHC 32 valve V8 puts out 250hp. A 140 amp alternator generates more than enough power to run everything in the car.

The dashboard is heavliy driver oriented. I replaced the factory radio with a Pioneer DEH-P4400. Its pre-amp outputs are directly connected to the sub's amplifier for a clean signal.

Above the HVAC controls is a driver information center. This displays fuel economy, the date, engine data, trip information, warnings, and reminders.

Up front, a pair of Infinity Reference 652i's are mounted below the factory tweeters in the doors. Infinity Reference 6952i's are bolted to the rear deck above and behind the rear seats.

A 12" subwoofer used to fill the gap behind the trunk access door. Recently I turned it around to face the back corner of my trunk. It is MUCH more efficient, I'm guessing at least 2-3dB.

The subwoofer is enclosed in a homemade high-density wooden vented box. A US Acoustics USX-2080 amplifier, attached to the back of the enclosure, easily powers the subwoofer. The amplifier is rated 280W @ 12.9v, so really it's closer to 370W. A Stinger 8 gauge installation kit connects the amp to the battery and head unit.
