Decided to try out a do it yourself bed liner kit. Shops are a lil pricey, so I researched up on it, and found the Herculiner kit at Autozone. The kit comes well packaged with 1 gallon of the liner, 2 rollers, a handle, paint brush, instructions and a scrub pad to rough up the surface. You will need to get some Acetone, TSP(Trisodium Phosphate) and a drill end mixer. I will update this section with pics and instructions as I get the info together. PREP and PATIENCE are key when doin this kind of job. Pretty easy.
SHOUT OUT TO BIG LARRY FOR HELPING OUT AND LETTING ME DO THIS AT HIS CRIB
This is the site where I got the detailed instructions. Thanks eastbayrider510

Extra chemicals and parts needed
TSP or Trisodium Phosphate, Acetone, Drill bit end Paint mixer, painters tape, (masking tape works, but sticks like crazy to ur paint and chrome's surface making it harder to peel off ) GLOVES , 80 grit sand paper for roughing up the painted surface, rags for clean up.

I washed the bed out with some soap and water, and then taped off the chromes and bed area(Im working on another project and did not want to do the bed floor right now)
