This my beloved 1964 MGB. It is a 3 bearing motor with a nice little 45mm Delorto. The chap who owned before me had done a very nice race/rally trim though didnt really understand carby jetting or that a worn distrubutor will lead to overheating. The engine now neeeds a rebuilt so the car is in the shed with a few other waiting the day that work starts.
Rust is also a small problem, floor pan, boot, rear wheel arches and probably a few other places im not game to look at yet. This project is probably 6 months from starting.
Im keen to reconstruct the car for Group S racing (Australia). Im also keen to do a full photo shoot for the web site.
