Here's my latest purchase, 1989 Mustang GT!!!

It's a little dirty from the tow down from Idaho, but it should clean up nice.

Already re-assembled the interior before the move, everything was there, just needed a lot of cleaning and some odds and ends.

This is the engine from my Fairmont with the Mustangs fuel injection and a Motorsports E303 cam (Sounds great!)

Everything hooked up and ready to rock.

Not bad for a $500 dollar car huh? In all fairness, the motor I had from my Fairmont and replaced with a $150 long block. A couple hundred in odds and ends, and a new Sony head unit so I can listen to my iPod brings the total in to $950!
2 April 2009-
I took it to the track for the first time tonight and ran a best of 9.3@76.86mph in the eighth. That translates to about 14.5 in the quarter, not considering that it roasted the 225/55r16 Yoko's to nearly mid track! With some more practice, I can probably find another tenth or two by playing with the timing and my launch technique (or lack thereof!). Once I begin working, I've got another round of mods in store, all super cheap and proven, that should have me well into the eights. Before you ask, no, I won't spray it, the pistons are Hypreutectic Speed Pros, and this is my daily driver. Check out the videos here: http://video.cardomain.com/Redmaz01
