12" IA Flatlyne

Shot from pass through with 10W3 wiring visible

Zapco amps. Wiring to be cleaned up in future. The board the amps are mounted to will lift out to allow access to the Fuel tank access panel. This was done to facilitate fuel pump replacement in the future. allowed enough room for amps to stay between IB wall and rear seats making things somewhat more secure in the event of a break in.

Cross overs for C5 front components visible on side walls. The wall is very solid as it is glassed to the structure of the car.

Infinite Baffle wall from trunk. Wall is 3/4" MDF screwed and fiberglassed to car. Covered with $10 worth of K-mart "car" carpet

Trunk is sealed from cabin very well. Removed rear deck and seats to seal. many cans of Foam, bags of polyfill as well as sheets Damplifier were used

Need to make a nice cover and trim piece. 1/0 Amp power supply cable barely visible on left. Will hide when final trim out is complete.

More Trim work to do as well as wiring clean up. shot taken with seat floded down. This beast turns seat into a back massage chair!

Very nice. I much prefer IB for an SQ setup. Glad to hear more amazing reviews of the Flatlyne. More pics of your process sealing up the baffle and trunk would be great. you say you used fiberglass to seal and secure the baffle to the trunk steel? I am going to experiment more with my aperiodic/IB installation next time around.

There is no box in an IB setup. Still have the vent flaps open in the trunk. Many people run Ib with great results, very popular in the Home theater world. Obviously I do not have the same area available as those installs but this type of setup is working well in some really nice cars. If you mean total output is not optimized in this setup i would agree, sound quality on the other hand is excellent.
