My 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 Town Victoria. Bought in 1995, then 47,000 original miles. Factory original Desert Beige/Colonial White. Just clicked over 70,000 miles. The motor is the original 332 4BBL and has been freshened and balanced. Still stock bore and coupled to a Cruiso-Matic 3 spd trans through to a 2.69:1 ratio 9" diff. It has Factory Selectaire air-conditioning, power steer, power brakes - (rebuilt), tinted glass, Town and Country radio, back up lights. Original interior in beige vinyl and Royal Scot Tweed fabric and still has the original brown loop pile carpet. The only deviation from stock are the 15 x 7 Cragars running on Cooper Trendsetter narrow whitewall radials and rear window venetian blinds. It's done a lazy 18.3 seconds down the 1/4 mile then shifted into 3rd going across the line. Cruisin', not racing gears!
