I bought this car on 12/14/2002 after i had been in a wreck in my 1995 Grand am and it was totalled...
This is my first mustang, and i needed something that was dependable and was easy on the pocketbook... especially insurance wise..

Well, its been a long time, but no internet at home, had to change the fuel tank, fuel pump in the 2.3. parted out the 5.0 after realizing it would cost more to fix it then to buy a completed one.

Well The Last mod has been completed, I added a Steeda Overdrive pully to my alternator. Charges more now, and i must say i think it was worth every penny. for any who are wondering, i kept the stock belt, but i would recommend a longer nut. the stock nut barely fits, and its isn't long enough to hit with an impact. So i put a bunch of washers behind it. i would reccomend a longer bolt if it can be found with the same threading. The only other possible mod for the 2.3 is a new stereo. and that isn't a top priority right now

Ok wow, its been exactly a month since my last update. well the transmission kit didnt seem to do much at all, still need to tweak it a bit to see if anything changs. This will probably be the last of the mods done to the 2.3 I just bought a wrecked 5.0 mustang, and all my focus will be upon fixing and upgrading that. Most likely the 2.3 will be put in the barn for winter, and ill "rent" my roomate's Tracer for winter, since i really dont feel like putting it in the ditch all winter again.

Been working way to much, and have been trying to get a 5.0 or a turbocoupe, no luck so far, so i decided to get a B+M shift improver for my car, and that should be here next week, ill let you know with photos how it goes...

Ok, finally got some money, so i got a Cone filter for my car, and i had to get an adapter for the MAF. Everything is hooked up and running good!

So i finally got my alternator painted, and the fan polished better. Painted the water pump pully, the belt tensioner, and the timing belt cover (even though its broke opps)
I also decided it was time for the sagging pouches on the door to go... so hasta la vista! (took box cutter and trimmed it all off around the edges of the panal behind it.

Ok, so i've been working sooo much that i haven't worked on my car at all! Hell i havent even washed it, or cleaned it out (eww) lately.... since buying a ps2 ive been kinda broke, and busy....
anyways, kinda unsure what i wanna do with my car next, im thinking some Strut tower braces, some new sway bars, possibly a 140 cluster (though i just got EL gauges)
Considering putting some heavy work into one of the 5.0 Engines.. Hopefully the other will get sold soon....

Ok, Got my gauges put on, however i haven't gotten a bezel to put over them yet, probably going to get that soon. I did however HAVE to get a new battery, so i bought a Optima Redtop. I may also be putting in a 5.0 Alternator soon, not that mine is going bad, but i want so see if it has a higer power rating. But before i put it in, im going to paint it, and put the chrome fan on it from the 2.3 I also just located pics from when i did a brake job on the rear, with pics from a shock/strut change as well (which was quite awhile ago)

Won some Reverse EL Glow Gauges on ebay, going to be getting them soon, but i will probably wait to install them, untill i get the bezel to put over them

Ok, might be getting another 2.3 mustang, this one is black, and is in pretty rough shape, but for this one im planning on throwing in one of the 302's that i have... my project if you will... Anyways, busted out the dremel and polished my alternator fan and pully ect... looks good i think, i won some GT styled tailights, so i think im going to put them on this mustang for now, until the 5.0 is done.

Well I'm going to be getting 2, 5.0's soon, for now, im just going to build them up, port/polish, ect... and try and locate parts for a swap into the 4 banger, nothing else done to the car right now, been 2 busy with work.

Ok Got bored and went to the junk yard to look for stuff for my car. Found a 88 turbo coupe, but i dont have enough money for it right now, so hopefully it'll still be there when i do.
Got Fog lights, a Red Neon (was on clearance) its under my passager dash, and NO you cannot see the tube like most people's. Moved my Amp Remote to a more convient place, got a Panoramic mirror since, i have troubles seeing very well out the back normally.

Got EQ Installed and Hooked up right, Also finished polishing the MAF Meter.
Paiting the New steering wheel, I'm not sure if im going to use it.

Well took longer for the EQ to get here than expected, and found out my din size was too small for the eq and ended up busting it(red one). Had to order a new one, shipped the 11th got here today the 19th (not happy). Got other door painted, the pics don't do it justice, you'd have to see it for yourself. Got new battery terminal top for my system put on, was a bit of a pain to do, but oh well its done. No plans on painting cd faceplate area anytime soon...

anyways, my wheel cyl. went out, so i had to get new wheel cyl's, brake shoes, and drums. That was an unexpected cost, but at least it's done now. Probably going to be painting my calipers and drums soon, will get pics up asap

Just a small update, painted my speaker grills (finally got pics) and painted the Vent housing. Kinda hard to paint in 20 degree weather LOL Nothing much else going on. As soon as i get my 89 GT steering wheel put on ill get new pics up asap!!!

Ok, pretty much gave up on the 302 Svo alot of swapping and too much money involved right now to do it. If i ran across a wrecked one i could swap would definatly try it. For right now I'm making small upgrades. Close future mods are a 92 Ranger Header and Cam.
Sometime down the line i'd like to find a 87-88 Auto Thunderbird Turbo Coupe with the 2.3 to swap in. I've been reading alot on the forums and net. and it seems preety easy to do it.
