This is Wifey's 2003 Dodge Durango a.k.a. Rangy. It's funny how we came up on this ride. One day in the Spring of 2004 we were on our way to her family's house for a visit. About a block from their house on an open field we saw all kinds of cars parked together with balloons everywhere and we thought there was a carnival or something of that sort going on. When we got to mom's house no one was there, so we decided to see what was going on where all the cars were parked. When we got there we realized that it was a local dealership selling cars. Since we were already there we decided to look around just for fun. We were looking for a bigger car anyway because the 'Lude wasn't cutting it when we'd take family trips and my daughter being in the back seat. I was just browsing at a Toyota Highlander while my wife was looking at this here Durango. It was totally stock and for a reasonable price. So we took it for a test drive and then met with the sales associate at the dealership. After about two hours of sitting at the dealership trying to figure some stuff out, I got the sale price dropped and they even agreed to pay off the Geo Prism that we used as a trade in. In the fall of 2005 when I came back from my second deployment to Kuwait I told Wifey that I was going to use her Rangy to pick up some car parts for the 'Lude when I was actually going downtown to get these shoes put on. When I got home I told her to come outside to help unload the car parts. Needless to say she was surprised, shocked, and excited.
