My 2000 Mercury Cougar

I Bought this car just about a year ago with big plans. Now the plans are starting to come together.  I have a few more plans such as tinting the tailights because i cant find full taillight covers. I am also going to tint the marker lights on the fenders to make everything black. I have a cold air intake on the way and possibly a performance ship let me know if you know any good names in chips. All of the stickers and other things i have put on this car i have got very cheap. Which is the best way to get alot done quick.

 Bought this sticker cheaper than anyone else.

 A little bit of rust that needs to be taken care of. The Tail lights are going to be tinted along with the side makrkers i want it to be completely black. With a few red accents.

 Got this pipe from a friend for free sounds really good
