The bedliner is dupont, if I remember right. I bought it in a kit that included everything from advanced auto, for $75 or so. If I were to do it I'd use Herculiner. It's a little more $, but seems to be a bit better quality. I wouldn't recommend ripping the carpet out of a michigan vehicle. You loose a lot of insulation when you bed line the floor.
