hayes203hend's 1996 Toyota 4Runnerhayes203hend's 1996 Toyota 4Runneryep yep here she is in all of her glory, this 4runner like most that i have become aware of just absolutely refuses to die. In fact there have been many instances in my life as a teenager where I am quite sure that it should of. it took about a year of abuse before I decided that it shouldnt be cared for and tenderly loved, ever since i have grown quite fond of it and its unwillingness to stop, i guess its just a toyota. So hmm cant exactaly say ive ever wrote about a car on a website, seems a little showy but hey its like myspace for cars so what ever ill give it a shot. Lets see mods... yes that this does have. I started as every kid would by pushing the limits and wanting more. So what better to a K & N filter, which led to Am's oil and the list goes on. I Installed a flexalite tranny cooler, a custom valvebody and tourqe converter from level 10 performance. Polished and ported the heads myself... nvr again will i try that, more complicated than I would have guessed. As sad as i am to admit this I am running a set of primewell PA100's for tires 285/75's on my stock 16's but hey I think slack should be in order this thing was paid for in full when i was sixteen compliments to many many many mowed yards....  old man emu supplied the 2 and a half inch lift, and theres just tons to list maybe if i feel up to it and someones intereted I'll elaborate I'll also see if i can find a better picture hope u enjoy it and if you have the chance to buy one go for it! hayes203hend's 1996 Toyota 4Runnerhayes203hend's 1996 Toyota 4RunnerPicture before lift tires/everything

This coming summer my plans are to install a 3rd gen TRD supercharger with a URD seventh injector kit, after that I figure I'll do my best to leave the poor thing alone but knowing how I am with cars It most likely will not be the last mod, hopefully depending on the amount of remaining money burning a hole in my pocket I will also add a set of BFG M/T's as well.

thought id throw some odd ball pictures in! heres a few ive found from road trips..not exactaly related directly to 4runners but cool! the two on the highway are taken in the black hills near my grandparents ranch and the one of the sunset is here in sheridan wyoming the ones of the the orange jtruck were taken right b4 i sold it, sad to have it gone

You just gotta take what life gives you and make the best out of it.

Thanks for the compliments man! The TJM T13 has two mounting points directly to the frame. With the lift I plan to put on the truck a deer would be SOL. As it is right now the bar could take out a deer and come out pretty bent up. I saw a pic of a guy's Land Rover Discovery with a T15 and what happened was that the bumper curved up towards the hood. Sad thing is though that TJM has closed up shop stateside so you'd be hard pressed to find the damn thing. For me though it's like the damn centerpiece of my build. Here in Atlanta you have little to zero deer but where my folks stay you've deer and even wild turkeys! One thing besides the build of this bumper that I like is that it replaces the stock bumper and the look is one of a kind. Do a search for TJM T13, if you're in luck there may still be one at the former TJM warehouse in Tennessee. Thanks for looking too man, what's next? As for me I'm gonna either go with my Magnaflow exhaust or OME springs next. Any questions don't hesitate.

Your rig is looking nice man! I'd suggest getting some clear corners and clear turn signals. you can get them off ebay for around $40. Keep me updated when you get new mods!
