hey this is my 1980 camaro, i just bought it on march 22/2009. i payed $325 for this car which was a good price considering the shape. it has no motor or trans and i have to replace the floor pans and trunk pan, the body itself is in really good shape it has a few small bubbles in a couple spots but nothing major. basically im fully restoring this car but i will be trying to use every original part i can to keep it as original as posible i love orignality. the interior panels etc need some major cleaning and repair but i plan on using most of it in the restoration, it will need new front seats, entire carpet and door panels.i will be takin lots of pics of the restoration to show from start to finish so far i have a few pics of the day i got it in the garage and a few of the next day of me and my friend gutting the interior and you can see the nasty floor..well all for now updates soon to come check often...sign the guestbook please and tell me what you think!!!

Nice. Brings back memories of my rebuild. When you get the surface rust grinded off, try using paint-on truck bedliner. Thats what I used on my camaro inside the fenders and floor and stuff. Good rust prevention and sound deadener!

looks like a rough start but it will look great once you are done, my floor in my sidekick looks about the same, I thought I was just going to have to replace a cab mount but ended up having to cut the entire floor pan out and replace it. Good luck bringing her back from the grave
