On 03/21/2009 I picked up this 1985 Mustang SVO in Witchita Falls, Texas. I had been on the lookout for an SVO car for a few years keeping an eye out for anything local. I actually picked up some SVO wheels a couple years ago to save them from the recycler and now have a car to go with my wheels! The car is actually pretty solid with little rust and only a few dings and dents. The engine is another story with a turbo rebuild required and a engine tear down needed but nothing impossible.

Above is one of the SVO wheels that will go on the car in the near future.

Here is a 1/4 view - lights covers need worked over and polished and new headlights are required.

Although you can see the taillights are mangled, two brand new in the box lenses came with the car that the previous owner purchased in the middle 90's but never installed. Also came with some lowering rear springs and an new K&N air filter.

Plans are to slowly pickup need parts, get the turbo rebuilt and likely pull the engine for a rebuild. I do have an 86 TurboCoupe engine in the garage that may go in it while the original is rebuilt - time will tell.
