I have always been a Toyota fan, but I wanted something more and that more came in the form of a Duramax.

The lift was just finished and they are grinding for tire clearance. If you own one of these trucks and have put the cheap leveling kits on, you got what you paid for. I put up with it for about 42 days and picked up a Rough Country Xtreme 6" Suspension lift. A big thanks to Midstate in Richfield for the install.
Now that it is riding high, it is time for a stereo system to match.

Door Panels, you gotta love 'em.

5 1/4 JL Components. I wanted to keep it as stealth as possible, so we pointed the tweeter through the original grille opening. I plan on doing the front doors the same way. i kept the Bose Amplifier for my door speakers, I started running out of room.

Tore the entire dash apart for one little knob.

Well worth it!

JL Audio G1700. There is also a JL A6450 6 channel back there. it will run the 6 1/2 behind the seat, kickpanel speakers (when installed), and leave me two channels for a project to be determined later.

I will find a better place for you.

The Box of all Boxes. It took me a while to find one for the Crew Cab Classic, but I did and I don't regret it.

The seats sit like they should and you can barely see it.

2 JL W3 10's like a glove.

I thought DVD/touchscreen, WTF was I thinking? Keep it simple, stupid. I couldn't find the face at the time, it was hiding with my screwdriver and Budweiser.
This has been an onging project over the last two months. We have had our share of issues, but it is coming along nicely. The next to do on the list is custom kick panels (going to attempt that one myself, I will let you know how it goes). I have to say thanks to Bodie, I couldn't have done it without you.
