Ok..so this doesn't look like a VW, but the drive train is. This   fiberglass kit is called "The Contara".

Not sure about the C.C.'s , but it appears to be bone stock, single carb. As it sits now it's missing some peices and it hasnt ran in probably 4 years.

My Dad designed and built these cars. I am excited to see someone else still has one. Eight were built. It looks yellow, and I remember a yellow one being built. We have the green one that is shown in the sales flyer. It is in tact but needs restoration, also. How long have you owned this car?

It's a Bradley GT. Everything you ever wondered about has been posted here http://www.bradleygt.com/board/index.php It's the Bradley Club message board. Very informative. Engine looks like a stock dual port 1600. If it has been rained on a lot, good chance the cam gear me be corroded. Covers and padding for the seats can be bought at a good VW parts store as the originals were standard dune buggy parts. Everything needed can be bought or fabricated with ease except the doors. But Bradley Club members have fabricated them before and a good sign shop can make a new set.
