This is 'Maxine', my old skool box Maxima. I fixed this car up 15 years ago and have daily driven her ever since. Other then maintanence, only the deck has been upgraded since 94'. Everything on this car is old skool and clean! She has 230K miles and still purrs like a kitten. I drive her 50 miles a day, 5 days a week.
She has; 15in Epic chrome 5 star wheels, chrome rocker panels, chrome exaust tip, chrome fender trim, tint, Pioneer Deck, 1st generation Alpine V12 amps (50x4/600x1), 2 JL audio 10-W4's tuned and ported to 25HZ, Pioneer 6 1/2 in. 3 ways in back, JBL 6 1/2's up front with JBL tweeters behind side mirrors on interior door panels. The rear JL's are firing up to rear glass through a hole cut in the sheet metal on the rear deck. A custom made grill was made to cover it and shield the woofers from UV rays. I built the enclosure and bolted it to the floor board and rear deck then placed the back on after it was bolted in. I used 15 feet of R12 insulation around the outside. This keep all the bass in the car, not in the trunk, therefor no rattles and tighter lows.
She still shines like a mirror, feels like butter, and that's the original 1985 Nissan paint!
