Here it is my blazer. It's an '85 the year I was born so it is out of pure nostalgia why I keep it. (and spend more on fixing it up than if I just bought another one)

Still runs great 2.8, 4x4, automatic, and everything works right down to the A/C. Thinking of cutting the rear roof off of it along the rear windows and putting a truck topper with the front window cut out on it to give it the K5 blazer open air feel for the summer but that's about it for any really big plans. It may look clean but off road with it.

I finally got time to do something on the blazer so here's a few low dollor custom touches for you to drool over. It's amazing what some spray paint, creativity, and talent can do when combined. Check back for more updates as I am getting this project started and am on a roll with it so far I have:
Custom painted the taillights, (I could go for euros but I'd be too much like everyone else)

added a bravada grill

shaved the tailgate and bumper for a cleaner look Since have done away with the tailgate mural it looked like shit Now it's just solid black with the gold pinstripe. ( off of my bravada)

It's like looking in the mirror but not.... That's my '94 Bravada in the background. Check out my dual exhaust on the blazer. Also unseen it has Rancho RS-5000 shocks all the way around, cherry bombs, and soon as I get the lift plates for the front it will have a 2 inch lift.

As Far as the inside goes I'm kickin' it oldschool, simulated brushed alluminum, cassette player, and worn cloth seats. Only luxury here is power locks and windows.
4/15/09 NEW PICS!!!
INSIDE UPDATE: leather seats installed in front changed the hinges on both so they tilt forward now (another wonderfull thing about going from 4 door to 2 door),
dash partially painted,

a pillar gauge pod,

cd player under the dash,

bass tube between the seats with one 8 inch sub, the wires you see are just for my radio neons I haven't decided where to mount the switch yet my speaker wires are neatly tucked under the console.

2 6x9's and a pyle driver in the back,

overhead console, newer sunvisors and newer rear view mirror with map lights, HEY An '85 blazer with the headliner still intact how rare is that???

OUTSIDE UPDATES: fog lights on top mounted on the luggage rack,

red led backing to the grill to give it that mean look, (can't see in daylight), hood pins with steel lanyards,

ENGINE UPDATES: painted the air cleaner lid started raining or I'd have gotten the valve covers done too.
