I have to admit, i forgot i had this car on here!! i sold it a few years back and since then i've bought an 08 pontiac G5..I was in a car accident and the price was right on this new car. I do miss my civic, it was a good little car, I made this site when i was about 18...so that was a while ago...sorry for how dumb its laid out....like I said i was 18!!!
Hey! This is my little 1986 civic hatchback. I got this car as a gift,(i'm an 18 year old chick) but yeah its not in the best shape, yet still runs. I have recently got a deck installed and a couple 6 by 9's in the hatch. The car was bought stock in a brownish goldish color (very ugly) but was painted black about a year or so ago. The interior is brown unfortunatly, but I have put black shag seat covers in it! I need to do a lot of work on this car, but I don't think I'm going to do much, it already has 379 000 km on it. But it still moves! I think thats amazing!
The one thing that i hate the most about this car is the fact that its a honda-matic...auto and you have to shift...5-speed is so much better! My accord I had before was 5 speed and so great!
Here's a funny story for you if you care...I went to Harrison Hot Springs to go camping with a friend (I was alone going to meet up with them) and i ended up in trouble with my car, i had gotten myself onto a road which was made for 4x4's, which we all know a civic is not..I ended up getting stuck on a rock late at night in the pitch black with nobody around and a dead flashlight, my cell had no reception and well the front wheels weren't touching the ground.Which is always good in a front wheel drive car. I managed to get myself out and i almost lost my car over a cliff...my car is scratched up a bit, mostly underneith so i have to get it to the body shop to get a look at it...all i have to say is keep little cars like mine away from camping roads!!!
