Hi guys,
Thanks again for voting the 3000GT the be top of its class for some time. The photoshoot for the Modified Magazine feature/cover was a blast. The car will be on jackstands in the garage for now, so I purchased a daily driver that would be functional, fast, and surprisingly agile.
Introducing the 2003 BMW X5 4.6is Dinan....
Modifications include:
- Dinan Supercharger
- Dinan Strut bar
- Dinan Camber Plates
- Brembo GT Brakes (8 piston cliper 15" rotor front / 4 piston caliper 14" rotor rear)
- BMW M SMG II paddle shift steering wheel
The 5000lb SUV will achieve a 0-60 in 5.1 seconds and rip through the 1/4 mile in 13 and a half seconds. The Brembos will bring the BMW's 451hp to a fast stop, and the all wheel drive will allow higher exit speed on turns.
In all honesty.... it's a beast.

This daily driver makes getting up for work a much more enjoyable. There are no plans for further modification. Wake up, turn the key, and drive.
