Ok so I have had this car for about 4 years (wow) and it was a good car nice starter drifter. Stock 22-re motor, stock everything. But I wanted to get a little more power, and some better handling. So I took it to a friends house up in Apple-valley and we have been working on it for about 1.5 years.

What is some of the stuff I have done to it you ask well I'll tell you. One of the first mods was adding a new camshaft for LC Engineering EFI pro (sorry did take a pic of it) with an Intake Open @ 13 BTDC, Intake Closes @ 37 ABDC, Exhaust Opens @ 45 BBDC, Exhaust Closes @ 5 ATDC. A little problem we had installing this mod. was the fact that the bolts holding down the cam also held down the head. So when we took out the old cam, we broke the head gasket seal. (which I had to order) fun fun

Next I got (again from LC Engineering) some new headers. The pro 1 5/8" stainless steel. A little problem we ran in to with this was I ordered the wrong one because there was no spot to put the O2 sensor. So we made a hole and custom bolts to fit it. fun fun

Then added an electric fan kit (again from LC) And at the same time we installed a K&N FIPK air intake (note: if YOU do this mod. be sure to wire the fuel pump to stay open, otherwise when you start the car it WILL die in about 1-2 min.)
Next we but a new brain in her. (lol new ECU) This one was a real doozy. A Simple Digital Systems produce orders from LC, It allows for up to 15 lbs of boost, and eliminates the distributor. But one of the nicest things about it is the fact it has a fully programmable system, you can change the RPM limiter, start function, manifold pressure throttle position sensor, acceleration, air temp, ignition timing, and boost. (again check all the wires like the fuel pump)
