Well, I've had the car for a week and two days now, and I'm itching to get a new deck for it. Here's one I'm considering... Let me know what you think, or if you know anything (good or bad) about it... I havent decided on one yet, but I'm really leaning towards this one.

Well, I bought an Aiwa CDC-X227 on the 31st of July, and I just got it. Unfortunately, it shipped faster than my wiring harness, so I have to wait through the weekend to install it. Pictures to come later.

Ack! I got delayed in my installation... Went on a camping trip. BUT, I now have it done, and it's fantastic. I love the deck, and even with factory speakers (thank god toyota uses some decent factory speakers), it sounds pretty good once I balance it out a little bit.

Well, I washed and cleaned the car, and did a little something on the tailpipes.
My interior after being cleaned and the leather conditioned (Malco's (sp?) leather conditioner... expensive stuff, but it doesn't take much, plus, it makes the leather very soft and supple, and gives it a nice gleam without making it slick)

Maybe the chrome wasn't such a good idea. As you can see, I didn't control the spray well, and some got on the muffler. Well, when the muffler gets really hot, the paint stinks. Evidently it's not made to take heat. Oh well.

Bought an Infinity 1220 sub and a cheap-o (I may not keep it) radioshack amp off of ebay.

Sub works great, haven't tested amp yet... I'll put some real pictures on soon.
