Just keeping it clean and fast ... these pics are shortly after stage 3 upgrades
AVO 380 turbo , front mount intercooler , 850cc deatschwerks injectors , avo 245lph fuel pump , and turbo inlet pipe along with avo cold air intake .
Then a cobb up pipe { faster spooling by about 300rpm} also has no cat converter.. .. yeah !
Been running cobb stage 2 for a while , { full turbo back exhuast and stage 2 maping 16.5 lbs then taper 13.5 } tmic {top mount intercooler} sufferd from bad heat soak ... fmic {front mount intercooler} is the way to go.
Avo turbo is great , ball bearing instead of journel bearing way bigger as well , spools up a little slower because its bigger and the intercooler is so much further away but it breaths better and when the boost comes on its OUT OF CONTROL!!! .{ 22lbs of boost } e85 ethanol maps 110 octane !!
431 ft lbs of torque .........
Putting in the turbo inlet pipe was retarded and took longer than the turbo did ... wanna make real power you need a bigger fuel pump if you change injectors without the fuel pump your not doing much good .
For easy access to your fuel pump without droping the tank look under your back seat... some people don't ..lol
