This is my 1998 Honda Civic DX. I bought it in December 2008 from my friend Dean primarily for use in the winter. I quickly fell in love with the car and decided to play with it a bit.
So far all I have done cosmetically is add a JDM style grille and a front and rear bumper lip. Dean added the Altezza tails when he had the car. He also put on the Ventvisors and the Ventshade hood protector. I added the eyebrows to the headlights. I also changed the horn to a REAL horn. I have a set of 3 piece 16" rims with summer tires which will be going on near the end of April.
All I have done performance wise so far is add the Akimoto Racing Short Ram air intake and a Magnaflow Cat-Back exhaust. I'll be doing the mini-me head swap this summer to give the D16Y7 VTEC! Then the car should have enough power to pass on the highway!! I'm not looking for a 200hp Civic, I just want something that can handle my 60,000 miles of highway driving a year!
