It all started in 2006.....

This is how my cam looked when i first got it around mid of '06....

I began to fix this car up in 2008 when i came back from school in San Diego. I decided to return to LA where i'm from and continue to study here. Ofcourse, since this car was going to be put into use more often, i began to modify it a little at a time.....

The first thing i did was tint the windows! This is a must to change the look of your car. 15% all around. Here are some pics of when it was being done, and what it looked like afterwards.

I then decided to tint my windshield. so i went with 35% on the windshield. it is not hard to see at night, and during the day, it keeps the glare of the sun out. tinting also keeps the interior at a moderate temperature, before, it was too hot to even touch the steering wheel....

i took off the hubcaps, and just stuck with the stock rims.  Let everyone know it was a work in progress.

The next thing i did was install clear turn signal lights for the front. This is what they look like:

Next.....i was not planning on getting rims, but when the idea comes....it comes. I found some 18" Motegi LC12 Gunmetal with 225/40/18 Falken tires. Best deal EVER. I think i was meant to get them....anyways...here are the pics from online to my car....

NEXT.......i painted the rear black panel...looks nice and blends in with the tints and dark rims... i plan to get the tail lights smoked...

and on 4/8/09, viper 350hv alarm was installed, so don't touch my ride!!!!!

Future mods include:

1.8" drop????????? comment on.....(with stock springs and struts, the rear tires were scraping on the freeway when going over a small hill while having a passenger in the front and two in the back. i have 18" rims, 225/40/18R tires. i am the only one in the car MOST of the time, this was just when heading to a party with full passenger seats. made me wonder if i should get lowering springs. )

Smoked tailights

Nice job dude. I like what you're doing. I was thinking about doing a mild drop as well and I just found a drop less drastic than 1.8 I think it may be too much for my driving style. But I found a (1" Rr 1.2" Fr) for $214 at http://www.thefind.com/cars/info-camry-4-cyl-exc-wagon

Nice Camry for sure. How much were the rims and tires? Any plans on doing the interior?
