I will be installing a set of 5" O.D. MBRP (double wall) exhaust tips instead of the smaller 3" tips.

In order to install the larger tips I needed to remove the bottom portion of the bumper exhaust enclosure. Next step is to trim the opening a little more and then finish the bottom ends.

Removed the McIntosh deck in order to hook up a set of Ipod cables.

Removed the side scoops so I could completely polish them (including the back side).

I am a huge fan of stainless steel allen style bolts/fasteners. So I have decided to replace a good majority of the bolts on the car with s.s. allen bolts/fasteners.

I am creating a set of custom filler cap covers. I purchased aftermarket caps and had a few of them machined to fit the GT caps. I also had one created from scratch because I could not find an aftermarket cap that would work.
Caps will go through a couple more phases before they are ready to install (polishing and emblems).

Spent a couple of nights and used a clay bar on the paint. Wow does that clay ever work!! Next step will be polishing.

This is the oil filler nozzle that mounts on the valve cover. The wings on the sides are meant to support the radiator hoses that run over the valve covers. I decided to remove the wings because I will be installing a custom set of valve covers . Next step is to clean the edges up so that it looks more like a billet piece.

I had a set of exhaust tips fabricated with the 5" tips but I was unhappy with the results. So I purchased another set of 5" tips + a set of 6" tips. I will install the bumper to see which size will look the best. Man are those 6" tips BIG!

It's funny how project Snow Ball...I thought to myself, well since I have removed the valve covers and supercharger I might as well remove the oil, radiator and supercharger reservoirs. My plan is to have them painted a much fancier color. Not sure what the color will be?
Here are pics of the oil, radiator and supercharger reservoirs plus the brackets that mount to the oil reservoir. These pieces are powder coated flat black from the factory with the exception of the brackets which are are not powder coated.
