Updates:

5/27/04: :( Sold the saturn. I traded it in for a 2004 Nissan Xterra XE 5-Speed in Granite. I love the new truck. I'll forever miss this car. It was fun while it lasted. Someday I hope to get another saturn and hook it up but for now its 4x4ing and suckin down gas.

3/18/04: WOOT! Well I finally broke down and bought the SPS wires and Accel Coils. Accel coils from summit racing.com part # ACC-140017 incase anyone wants them. They work on all year Saturns. Installed yesterday. Idle's great, shifts smooth. No noticable gain in power but who knows, I havn't really been able to get on my car totally because of the manifold leak. I dont want exhaust spraying all over my engine. Also flushed the coolant, replaced the ECTS sensor with a new one, and put in new spark plugs (NGKs all the way!). Pics on page 2. Also got my gauge pod from www.gaugepods.com isn't the best of fit but i think I can make it work. Won't be put on till I get my Oil Pressure and other gauge, still havn't decided. Vote in my poll to tell me what you think I should get.

2/28/04: Finally got around to updating. Car audio is installed. Sounds hella sweet. Definatly reccomend for everyone to get Polk / Momo stuff. Sounds incredible. I did end up busting my head unit though. Fried the RCAs somehow. Took my brother's old head unit and put it in there for now. Now i gotta shell out a lot more money for a new one. Just gotta decide what one I want. Car's been running good since I got her back (knock on wood). Only problem is that my exhaust manifold leaks when its cold so now I have a reason to get the 92 header put on. Money don't come easy :( I almost ordered Accel coilpack and some new SPS wires as I'm sure mine need replacing. The idle has been fluxing a lil bit. Got a new ETS sensor as well so I'll probably install everything together. I wanna get a new AEM short ram as well. Man I need a higher paying job... Oh well enjoy the updates and lemme know what you guys think!

01/11/04: Ah yipee... Well in early December or late November I got the Saturn back. Thank god. I installed my system back in my car so I'm thumpin again. I finally put in the rear Polk / Momo speakers in the back of it because I got a Twistec rear strut bar. Pics will come later today!

11/7/03: Well its been almost 3 months since I've been able to drive my car. On appx Aug 28 one of the bolts holding the buttlerfly valve in my throttle body together decided to come off and was sucked into the engine. Made a terrible rattling noise. I had it towed to Saturn and they said it got embedded into the cylindar head wall. Aint no way i was payin them their overcharged labor hours so it was towed to a local mechanic and a new *used* engine was ordered. The mechanic was nice enough to tear down the old engine in anticipation of the swap and guess what we found. NO bolts or nuts stuck in the engine. Acutually a few days ago I found the TB screw inside my intake rattling around. Dont ask how it got in there. No sign of the nut yet though. The first engine was damaged on the way to be shipped. The second engine has yet to get here because not enough money was paid for shipping. Hopefully it will be here this week and I can get my car back soon. I plan on rebuilding the old block with high performance parts then swapping it back into my car. I guess we'll have to see. I just ordered Polk/Momo crossovers and Polk/Momo speakers and a 4 channel Polk/Momo amp so I can't wait to get my car back and thump the the beat again. Hurry up engine!

8/08/03: Finally got my crank pulley from Custom Car Grills. Great people to deal with, highly reccomend them. I also had Saturn install it (along with a new serpentine belt). I am highly impresed with it. Go buy one, NOW. While I was in there they found that my valve body was bad so they stuck a new one on there. So everything is much better with the satty. It was just inspected so hopefully this year will bring no problems.

7/20/03: Well in the past few weeks I have done a couple more things. First, I got some Twistec Motor Mounts. Install was fairly easy and the vibration was less that what I expected, although reverse can be pretty loud. This is probably due to the Auto Tanny. Another thing would be my custom MPM paorted Throttle Body. It looks sweet, check it out on page 2. Also, I ordered a crank pulley but its not here yet. Hopefully I will have it put on this week or next. Still no header/exhaust work done. I'm going to wait till maybe the fall to do it so I can save up the 500 or so that its going to cost me. Will update when I get the pulley put on...

5/1/03: Got the APEXi installed yesteday. Mad thanx goes out to Dana for doin all the work. Put on the black emblems today. They look phat as hell. Also tried to change my own oil but couldn't get the oil pan bolt plug off. Damn. Oh well, next week I hope to get the header/downpipe installed. Wish me luck!!

4/16/03: Installed some of the stuff I bought. Wires are put on and look sweet. I noticed smoother shifting after the intstall. Definatly worth the money I spent, looks sweet. Muffler strap was a pain but I managed. I modified the downspout so it looks a little more stock but it still looks ghetto. Oh well, at least it sounds sweet. Ordered an APEXi S-AFC controller. Hopefully it will be here soon...

4/10/03: Got my downpipe shot blasted. Now I have the header and downpipe!! The place that I got it shot blasted also does awesome powdercoating work so I'm thinkin about gettin the intake powdercoated some sweet color.

4/9/03: Ordered red SPS spark plug wires, an adjustable muffler strap to keep my new muffler from rattling, and Black Saturn Emblems. Thank God for SPS...

3/29/03: Got my new muffler installed today. Pissed me off tho because the guy said he couldn't modify my current muffler strap to fit my new one. Had i known this I would have just done it myself. Damn them and the $65 I spent on it. Oh well, sounds better so I'm happy. Header here I come!

3/28/03: Installed new valve cover gasket. Was a bitch in my eyes but thats probably because I've never done anything like that before. Drove it around and didn't notice any oil leaking anymore. Crossin my fingers...
