2008 Lexus IS-F
Here's my new 2008 Lexus IS-F! It is an amazing automobile and has it all, performance, styling, handling, luxury, and reliability. With the deals going on right now it was well worth the jump in price.
It's Mercury Metallic with Black interior equipped with Navigation, Mark Levinson sound system, back-up camera, Parking Assist, and Headlamp washers. Of course it also includes all of the other standard features, especially the 416hp, 5.0L V8 as well as larger brakes, aerodynamic styling, etc...
I plan on keeping the car stock as the reason I went for the IS-F was so I didn't need to mod things like the body, wheels, brakes, engine, etc... It's practically perfect from the factory.
Mods to date:
35% Tint - 3M
Clearbra - VentureShield (installed by Word of Mouth Detailing in Memphis, TN)
Lexus iPod integration
Future Mods:
Nav Bypass (either module or hack, haven't decided)
Lighting - LED Interior lights, LED DRL, 6K HID, HID fogs (maybe)?
Exhaust - PTS/Joe Z
On to the Pictures:
Here are a couple of pictures right after I picked it up:

Got to love the rear end!

I think this is one of the best angles

And the gauges are awesome, I love it at start-up

Here are some pictures after the tint and CUSTOM Clearbra:
35% Tint on all windows (except windshield)

Clearbra on hood, you can barely notice the line

If you look closely you can see where some of the pieces
come together on the bumper. The headights and fog lights
are covered too.

The installer didn't like the fender pieces that came
with the kit, so he made custom pieces that cover the
entire fender to the line right below the "F" badge

He also covered the entire mirror, not just the small
area that comes with the kit. He used the seem
along the housing so you can't even see it.

To help with rock chips and shoe marks, he covered
the side skirts / rocker panels from the inlet on the
fendor all the way to the end by the wheel. He also
covered behind the rear wheel along the bumper lines

Can you see the clearbra lines?

We also put the clearbra film in the interior to protect the carbon-fiber dash panels from getting scratched, but I didn't take any pictures.
Here are a couple more pics!

A Very Big Thanks goes out to Doug Greenup at Lexus of Dayton, OH for helping get me this car and working out all of the details with transportation (he drove the car down to Memphis for me and picked up my trade-in and drove it back at NO cost!!!) As well as getting the iPod cable installed in the center console!
I'd also like to Thank Joe at Word of Mouth Detailing for the great Clearbra install. I was worried about the lines, but it really comes together and you can hardly see them.
Thanks and happy motoring!!!!!!!!!!!!!
