This is my car, a 2001 Pontiac Firebird. It's got the 3800 Series II 3.8L V6 engine. I bought it used in December of 2007, and have loved the car since then. F-Bodies have amazing potential, and that American muscle appeal. The car has been rebult, and I've been steadily working on it for the past year. Right now, I'm sanding it down getting it ready for paint. Because most of the body is fiberglass, cracks and spiderwebs DO happen, and I'm in the middle of getting that taken care of.
A few things that I have done to it so far, (which are about to drastically change), are the Bandit style Firebird on the hood that I added, I blacked out all lights on the car, added HID fog lights, shaved the side molding off of the car for a smoother look, painted the calipers red, and have some special stuff ordered at the moment. ;)
So keep checking back, as I will post numerous pictures of my progress.
Future plans include: A larger hood bird which reflects the 4th gen aspect of the car (42.5" by 27.5"), Interior logo work, Tinted windows, finish my exhaust work, exterior decals black, new rims (corvette 5-spoke in black with white stripe around edge)
