I bought this car in 1997. it was a mess. front fender was trashed and i had to get another. the previous owner had bondoed the rear doors shut and removed the handles. i had to cut them open and weld the handles up correctly. over the years the car was welded up including all the holes for the molding and emblems. removed all the rust from the car and welded in new pieces. i blew up the 283 that came in it trying to keep up with some buddies in high school with much lighter and faster cars. decided a big block would do the job. found a 454 that was in pieces but complete and had a little work done to it. trans is a powerglide 2 speed which was rebuilt at the same time with shift improver kit. car lays frame in the front and needs a notch in the back in order to lay out completely. custom tint done by mikes tint shop. no stereo...cant hear it over the car anyway.
