Let me start off that ever since I bought this car 8 months I have loved everything about this timeless design/technology by Nissan. I bought this car from a guy that was probably in his 50's. This car looked like it belonged to a teen with the body kit seen below:

Well about one month in owning the car I hit a bump and snapped a corner of the fiberglass bumper and that were things began!

I ended up fixing the bumper but the body kit it had never really caught my attention sooo........

I bought the 99JDM bumper and primed it

Later on I removed the sideskirts

and my current project as of Feb 2009 is.... ENGINE SWAP

March 5th 2009

Having such a busy agenda and only able to spend about an hour or two daily on the car. I have managed to remove the transmission (March 4th, 2009) and the engine (took less than an hour for the engine and about 2-4 for the tranmission since I didnt have a transmission jack)...Although for some this might be pretty slow for me it is a learning step that I have taken since its my first engine pull.

From here my plans are to repaint the entire car, stripping it completely to its bare naked body, upgrade the following:

Suspension

Brakes

Wheels (3 piece?)

Audio (CarPC)

Interior (all leather)

I will try to update as I go

Looking much better with the '99 Bumper and stock sides! A lot less ricer. Keep up the good work.
