A dirty photo from the car
sittin before i cleaned it up. The only visible clues that the motor is not stock is the performer intake and headers. It's actually recieved a .030 overbore with kieth black pistons, forged rods, with a balanced stock steel crank. A comp cams radical idle solid lifter cam keeps the valvetrain in good order, and the heads have been ported and polished and shaved which all-in-all leads to a 11.1 comp ratio. Oil pick-up has been improved with a larger pick-up tube, as these engines are known for their oiling issues. Gas is fed through a 750 cfm Edelbrock carb. The headers run into a 3-inch collector and the exaust drops just after the doors, which makes this thing one thunderous beast. Although larger primary tubes will perform better at high rpm, im leavin these ones in cause of the much needed back-pressure for the low-end torque to get this 4 thousand pound car movin.
As for personal modifications that will be taken care of in July, im gettin rid of that ugly @ss radiator hose and alternator. Along with the fuel filter line and ignition system. The stock distributor performs just fine, but in my opinion you can never beat a good MSD electronic distributor. And I'll dress er' up a bit and throw an aluminum water pump and casing in.

The interior has been re-done to its original condition. Im a stickler when it comes to originality of these vehicles, but we all enjoy modern technology in some sense. So i installed a CD player inside the glove compartment and 6x9 speakers hidden under the rear window deck.
I have a special thanks to give my best friends Domo and Mike, who are takin car of this car while im in the Navy. I've trusted them and are currently throwin in some 12" subs in the trunk and various other modifications. Check out Domo's car, he's got the Dodge Stealth.

NO rust on this 40 year old car
