The start of all the fun.... notice the dent in the right quarter panel, from the very nice drunk driver.... thanks for all the help.
Here is the quarter panel after we cut it off for replacement. note: 3 hours of beating the dent out with a sledge hammer got it this good.

J.M. modifing the cowl panel on the truck so the hood would fit properly... never order from that online hood manufacturer ever again...
The Hood when ordered was almost 1/2" TO BIG ON BOTH SIDES!!!! so time to fibergalss and start knocking the out side of the hood down with the air-board.
As you can see thats a lot of fiberglass...
HAd to drop the hood mount 3/4 inch to get the hood flush to the door panel...
There she is.... Pain in the ass.
Ok lets get those rear lights working..
thats pretty good......These light bars are complete with turn signals, emergency flasher and even reverse white lights that are super bright... quality made product. I recommend the "Fire and Ice" bar to anyone looking for a little more light and a lot more cool.

just to give you an idea, he is 6' tall and those are the "SMALL" tires.
Setting up the Flex-a-Lite fan set up, much easier to work on this now...
