1988 Trans Am WS6, I just bought the car 2/21/09
Very Near Future Plans, my seats and belts are graphite / charcoal gray so I'm changing the interior from black to graphite / charcoal gray to match.
1. Recover headliner in graphite material
2. Install new graphite sunvisors (bought them last night)
3. Install new graphite or charcoal carpet
4. Change door panels to flat versions w/graphite vinyl and dk gray cloth and custom build-outs
5. Either recolor or purchase new rear plastics in graphite, most likely I'm going to use sems color coat to do the change.
6. Install the audio system and alarm that I have had in storage for a few years. I have a pair of kicker 10's, two kicker amps, kenwood 6.5 excelon coax's and a Kenwood head unit. I'm going to do something very low key and most likely install the amps in the spare tire well.
I also have a 140 amp CS144 alternator on my Corvette, I'm going to put the stock back on my vette and relocate that to my Trans Am so the audio will be operating at peak capacity.
Lastly, give the car a fresh paint job in a PPG Olympic white BC/CC system along with new charcoal decals.
