When I bought this Van it only had 3 of the 4 bucket seats and no high back bench for the third row. Seeing as how I bought it for hauling around my equipment that was perfect for me. It has a few minor scraps and scratchs but no major dents. Interior is in mint condition but my Dash is horrible........It has cracks in it, and it is also warped. I'm currently looking for the section that supports the radio behind the dash.........Mines is very Broken both sides.
This is my 1992 Chevy Astro Van CS, I recently purchased this vehicle for 2700 bucks. My plan is to make a nice work vehicle out of it, I Like it so much I might have to flip it after I finish my Impala.
This van has a 4.3L-V6, 4 speed Tranny, after purchasing this vehicle I had the Tranny Fluid and Filter Changed, Oil dropped and changed w/filter, all Royal Purple Blends. New Spark Plugs, Rear Differential Fluid Changed, Brakes added, Radiator Flushed and Changed, This Van Had the nastiest Rusted water in it I have ever seen it looked like muddy water, My next step is to change the Waterpump, The Belt, The EGC Valve, and the Spark plug wires, hopefully that will stop the hard shake I sometimes get at the light. I have good power from the motor but sometimes, it may seem a little sluggish out the gate...........Transmission Bucks from time to time when shiffting from first to second gears.........DON'T KNOW WHY. A very hard Pull...........I hate it.
I am very serious when it comes to Tint, I smoke and Drank behind the wheel sometimes and these Po-Po's in my area be waiting for you to slip up. So the second thing I did after getting her tunned up a little bit was add a alarm for my security......(cant have nobody jacking me for my Equipment).......and I got the Mini work Horse Tinted LIMO Legal.........LOL
How Ironic that both my vehicles are silver, I thought that was really cool, That also helped in my purchase of the van............I plan on getting this van wrapped with my Photography business name but not for at least one year........I want all the bells and whistles working properly...........Im currently looking for a set of Rims for this van.........and Im taking all suggestions. Just added a Pioneer Deck, 5 1/4 in the dash, 4' in the pillar and 6 1/2's in the rear door, sounds pretty nice cant wait to add the LOW'S
