CAR'S STORY OF EVOLUTION
a little bit about the car... its a 1993 Ford Probe GT. I bought the car in February of 2008 bone stock from Chicago, IL with alot of hail damage, no radio, locked up back brakes, and stock exhaust from a 4 cylinder probe SE for $1900. i drove it home and within a couple weeks had the custom catless-back system put on, rims, and the intake. a couple months later i did the whole brake system, then i got the smoked bumper lights and short shifter. then.... i blew the KLDE racing my buddy in his TRUCK!!! the car sat for awhile for me and my girlfriend to get up the money for the KLZE swap. 2 months later, we bought the ZE motor, the clutch kit and flywheel, the polyurethane mounts, the wires, and the headers. got the motor in. 3 weeks later, IT TOO blew up!! it was just past the 14 day guarantee that the company offered. so i searched for the ZE i have now and it has a 1 year warranty :) long story short, mechanically, it's great after 10months of owning the car!!lol! after getting it mechanically dependable and pretty quick i decided to make it look as fast as it is. Jan 2009 i decided i wanted some new wheels b/c the black ones i initially bought got warped from sitting so long and not moving. so i bought some silver 5 spoke wheels you see in alot of the pics on other pages. then Feb i bought the hood and April i bought and installed the kit and got the whole car dent and ding removed and resprayed black!!! on may 22nd i ordered my 18inch Helo 834's and kept those for about a month and a half and sold them to buy the ones i have now, which are Forte' Redrum 18's!! i hope you enjoy looking and dont forget to rate and comment!! thanks!!
