SAAB 96L 1976 I Bought this car in januaru 2002. At that time the car was in poor original condition. In the following 20 months i welded the body back in to shape, i spent over 3 m² of sheet metal to fix all the corrotion damages. In the fall of 2007 i finally started to fulfill my vison of the car... Check out also my own webpage with loads of pictures: www.kolumbus.fi/toni_koskinen/saab_96.html This is how the car looked ut to the fall of 2007. Here there are oly a few small changes made kompared to an original. The missing bumpers are probably the biggest change..
The front of the car was origally very high (30 cm) so i built a "front spoiler" from sheetmetal to make the car look lover. I allso made sideskirts and a rear skri of sheetmetal. I shaved all "seams" off the body to get a clean look. I allso changed the rear lights to small round ones... The wheels are the original steel alloys but they are 6,5" wide. The paintjob is basic red paint with goldflakes...

Juzz GOTTA compliment ya on yer obviously successful Bodywork, myself, I'm a 35 year veteran of the trade, Collison is my primary forte' and MAIN source of income, however my preference is "KUSTOM" modifactions and "FULL TILT" restoration work, spending an average of 1000 hours per vehicle, have been a " WORLD OF WHEELS " winner a number of times, The 1971 Orange Dodge Charger that graces the 2002 Snap On Tool calender was lovingly restored by ME So if anyone can appreciate the blood, sweat and hopefully NOT TEARS has gone into yer project. JUZZ LUV the taillight treatment, VERY WELL DONE !! Would've liked to see you been MORE creative with the front spoiler, TO ME it cry's out for an AIR DAMM complete with "KUSTOM" duct work for "EXTRA" cooling KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!
