Hoping to get everything up and running this year (2009), but have already had a few setbacks which will inevitably push this date further and further away.
Will attempt to be as detailed as possibly, however sometime when you are half way through doing something on the car you don’t stop to think "gee, I should really take a photo of this for future reference."
The Doner Car is purchased:
Genuine ce9a evo 3 has been purchased. Engine/drivetrain etc. will all be fitted to the project car. As both vehicles are from Mitsubishi's cc chassis, almost all parts are 100% direct fit. There will be theodd cut & weld job, and there will also be the need to shorted the tailshaft by approximatly 50mm. But other than that, the conversion will be quite painless.
