Hey guys, I've had the Z for a couple years but I am finally able to boost this monster.

VQ35Chick's 2003 Nissan 350Z

Please keep in mind, as you go through my pictures and wondering about time frames and such, I am not what you would call "rich" so give me a break if this car isn't turboed in a week!!! I am your average money maker that doesn't spend every single penny on her car and doesn't devote every single second of life to work on it.

A Flashback Through Time

VQ35Chick's 2003 Nissan 350ZMessing w/ the Z when I first got it.

Finally decided it wasn't fast enough so I bought a NOS Dry Kit and upgraded to a 20lb bottle for shits and giggles. Here was the gauge and switch set-up. VQ35Chick's 2003 Nissan 350ZSorry for picture quality. I was too lazy to run back inside to grab the keys and roll down the window..

-Autometer CF Gauges (N20 Pres, A/F, Trans Temp)

-Ignited Switches on custom made switch board

-NOS Dry Kit w/ 20lb bottle

My BF (Ryan) got me these great taillights for the Z.

Ryans got an STi so eventually I was jealous of his acceleration and started getting serious about giving this Z some serious balls. We took EVERYTHING out and started anew. I decided to start improving the small things first so I started w/ the sound system.

VQ35Chick's 2003 Nissan 350Z    We re-wired all the speakers to fit a new headunit, made the installation look factory, installed 2 12" Reference Series Infinities and amp and kept the stock Bose speakers.. Sound's completely different!!!

Bose speakers = Fantastic

Bose headunit = POS (at least for my year anyways)

We haven't taken any recent pictures but it looks completely stock.

Next I re-did the N20 system also. And downgraded to a 10lb bottle instead.. (I was gettin ripped on by a couple people "She had enough nitrous to blow herself up!" Yeah.. N20 is flamable... riiiiight) Come on people! It's on the damn label!

N20=NON FLAMABLE

However, NON FLAMABLE DOES NOT=NON EXPLOSIVE

Get your shit straight.

September 08: Finally I can start joining the Boost Club!! My miracle worker (Ryan) bought and installed a UNIVERSAL intercooler kit on my car. This beauty fits like a dream. You'd think it was made for the Z. Here's how we have it set up: Finished this kit in October 08.

February 09: Once the intercooler kit was on, the next biggest thing we had to take care of was turning the non return type fuel system into a return type.... Talk about pain in the ASS. Took us a couple weeks... But we did it! (Finished end of February 09)

The fuel system though took a long time, in the end it was well worth it. The system runs like a dream, better then we could've imagined. Thank GOD Ryan was there to guide me!! With just this upgraded system, the car runs even better and there is definately a HP increase.

March 09: Ryan is currently working on my turbo manifold and this last step is taking a long time but we're making sure everthing is PERFECT. And we're not in a rush... I'll post some pictures up as the manifold gets finished and installed.

***Keep checking back for updates!***

Thanks for viewing! Oh, and

SPECIAL THANKS TO MY MIRACLE WORKER.

Where would I be now without you?!!

Yeah, Imma bring this back stateside. I won't need to make this legal because it already is ^_^. Any vehicle 25 years or older is considered a classic car and does not need to comply with DOT and NHTSA regulations. The military is gonna ship this back for free so this should be easy. I'll definately show you my dyno sheet sometime ^_-. Im just running into some problems right now cuz my base is giving me sh*t about my car being overly modified.
