1990 Firebird Formula
Since I got the IROC pages somewhat orginized, time to put this one into order. Bought this car during the summer of 08, and did get a start on it. However the iroc required more of my time, and this one sat most of the summer waiting for me to get back to it.
The pictures aren't that great, but I did not take them, the wife took most of them, sorry.
it was more of a project then I really wanted to get into, but the wife and kids loved the car. Go figure. And it was cheap enough.
The car has a bit over 100k miles on it, and could use a valve job. When it gets back into the garage this coming spring, the heads will come off and go out for a rebuild.
You can't see it very well from the picture, but the rear wing was in terrible shape, and a replacement was 400 bux. I picked up a spoiler from a friend, fixed a hole in it, and got is installed.
Actually I like the new one better, I am not a big fan of the fancy wings.
