This is my 2004 Nissan sentra SER spec V. It has a 2.5 liter with a custom magnaflow exhaust, header, obx throttle body spacer and a custom cold air intake. 6-speed and bucket seats. It also has 17 inch alloy wheels that I am debating on painting black or gold. toyo FZ4 tires. Front sway bar. Its pushing out about 180 hp but will hopefully be around 220 before the summers over. I cant say that it dosnt move as is but im not completly satisfied....yet. Ive done the stipid little things that you have to do when you get a spec v, for example take apart the intake manifold and lock tight the butterfly screws. so if you need any advice on things like that just ask. Looking for honest opinions about my car, not people sucking up to me by telling me that my car is 5 stars. Just be strait out!

I have a 2006 Spec-V that i am beginning to upgrade. Do spec-v's have a history of having the butterfly screws come loose in the intake manifold? And are there any other things yo know of that spec-v's have issues with?

that new smell went away quickly after i added my own, lol. last thing i'll do is drop it, for now i'm running with intake and strut bar. Plan on getting sway bar soon, they only have rear, so when they decide on making fronts, i'll do both at the same time. I'm hoping to buy one of the bully dog products after doing a few researching.
