i got a 2000 explorer sport with torsion bars. can i flip the keys on mine? and how exactly do you go about doing it?

you said lowered 4". you got torsion bars up front correct? how did you get the front down 4"? i only got about 21/2"-3" and i removed the torsion bolts all the way.
