JimmyDlightning's 1993 Ford F-150 Lightning

Where it all started...

My first truck, 1993 SVT Ford F-150 Lightning. Truck # 5066 of 5276 built in 1993, assembled at Michigan Truck Assembly plant of 7/15/1993. Purchased at Gary Motors,INC in Lodi New Jersey. 'Just hit 100k, its a daily driver. Looking for one of the orginal oweaners to maybe contact me about the truck.

What it came with...

When i originally purchased the truck it has a sony x-plod radio installed, crome bedrails, Ford Motorcraft shorty headers, full Bassani catback exahust, k&n air filter, yokohoma tires, plastic bedliner, not original paint .

What ive done so far...

Hey guys, so far ive installed my crystal euro headlights. Installed crystal crome tailights, new gauge bezzle, Alpine type S 300 watt door and rear speakers with monster cable, behind seat boxes with two 12 inch Lightning Audio subs 750 watts a piece, hooked up to a Kenwood AMP. Replaced ugly lugs nuts that came from the truck (looked like f250 lug nuts) with 2006 mustang gt crome lug nuts. Picked up a set of American Racing rims, nice looking polished 15 inch 5x5, some bridgestone snow tires. Jasper Crate motor and trans installed by Dan S, Automotive.

What i plan on doing this year...

Installing a t-6 billet aluminum grill, have roll pan installed and painted. New lightning stickers and badging. Having a few spots in the paint touched up. installing a solid glass cab window. tinting my windows. having my factory rims polished. vinal toneo cover, Spraying in my own grizzly liner bed liner.

Plans for the future...

Vortech Supercharger, lowering the truck front and rear. Alpine flip up in dash GPS unit, replacing carpet. remote start/alarm and keyless entry

I just got it off ebay for like $250 or 300. I forget. It's well worth it! you get the advantage of a dvd player without the motorized ones that always break. I love it
