Hi Larry n June here in Eastpointe Michigan.

We picked up this ride in july of 2008 from a private owner  Mike from Eastpointe

 The car has been beat allmost to death, but were here to love on her now.

These pic's are after a little engine and trans work and a good scrub and wax.

The car has a 318 engine with a 904-LA transmission

The engine is not original it has been replaced by a 1987 318 with a Mild Cam, 360 J Heads, Edelbrock Intake /600 cfm Carb, 1-5/8" Hooker headers, B&M Shift Kit, 3.55 Gear. She stands up pretty good

June drove the car home home, I put it in the garage to check it out and after 4 hours we found smashed headers and burnt exhaust valves.The top end came off, gave her a complete valve job  The transmission had no second gear in drive.Reinstalled a new shift kit "the right way"

And this is it after 2 weeks of work.And we finally get to drive it

Had fun the rest of the summer, The 4 Cragar rims with spinners were in the trunk, we put the T/A's on for our anniversary. This is the last pic we took before parking her for the winter.                            We call her "THE  BRUNETTE"

She is getting new brakes, shocks, upper control arm bushings, rear axle seals, u-joints and transmission work . Also working on the interior. new pics coming soon.
