Here is the story of when i had to change my engine. It first started when i blew my head gasket and i let my engine overheat. So rather that have the head cheaked and possibly re-planned (aprox 500-600$), a friend of mine have one sitting in his basement fresh out the machine shop that he gave to me at 0$!!!
Everything was working just fine until, about 2 months after one of the valve seats came out of the intake valve in cyl. # 2.
