Welcome to the newest addition to our stable, a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ.
So far the upgrades include a Pedders street suspension package which lowers it 2-3/4" in the front an 3-1/4" out back, along with urethane sway bar bushings and upgraded endlinks. Next on the list are Pedders shocks to replace the AutoRide system and that should round out the suspension nicely. It already handles brilliantly but there is a bit of bounciness so obviously the AutoRide shocks can't hanlde the stiffer springs.
Future upgrades will bring it in line with the photoshopped preview I made:
HRE 22" wheels, removal of model badging and door rub strips, painted door handles and mirrors, 2LT grille with painted (or polished) bowties.
Performance-wise, the anemic 5.3 will be upgraded with a supercharger, cam, and full exhaust to bring it to 450+hp output, and a brake upgrade to slow this rig down will round it out well.
Once the snow melts, expect to see updated pictures of the progress, we are very excited to have this truck and it is a huge upgrade over the 2004 Escalade ESV it replaced.
